Service Description
Benefit from customised exercise prescription to help you meet your goals. Our exercise physiologist will guide you with periodised programming that promotes strength, endurance and improvements in functional movement. Included within the service is an initial 30 minute consult call to go over your intake information with our exercise physiologist. You will also have access to daily communication and 1 x 30 minute check in call every week to make any required updates to programs or goals.
Cancellation Policy
Online Coaching Cancellation and Payment Policy Thank you for choosing our online coaching program. Below are the terms regarding cancellation and payment structure: Cancellation Policy You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time on our website. Alternatively, you can cancel by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Once cancelled, your access to coaching will continue until the end of the current billing period. Payment Structure Payments for coaching will be automatically charged on a weekly basis. The subscription will continue to renew weekly until you choose to cancel. You will receive a notification before each payment is processed. Refunds As payments are non-refundable, please ensure that you are satisfied with your coaching plan before proceeding. If you cancel your subscription before the end of a billing period, you will retain access to the coaching program until the end of that period, but no refunds will be provided. Reactivating Your Subscription If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancelling, simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you in resuming your coaching sessions.
